Hi all,
My Gmail integration run well over year *. However my colleague tell me that we observe start from May, they cannot receive any email notification.
* The email setting haven't changed over 1 year.
Today I try to verify Email function, my observation is like that
1) In Email Configuration settings > Mailboxes > "Test & Enable Mailbox", the test email can able to send out successfully.
This is Gmail account Sent folder.

2) But when I use Activity > Email function, all new email cannot send out. Also user login CRM will receive this warning message.

Is Dynamic CRM change anything at backend? Any idea how to make "send email" work again?
