For one of the user in Customer List Page "Balance LCY" Field is not visible. I added through Choose column but still not visible. For other Users it is fine.
Any Idea?

Please try Following :
- Go to user PC , make user all NAV client closed
navigate to folder C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\
then delete PersonalizationStore.XML (Backup the file first)
if still cannot , try to delete user personalization for that user and setup again the same.

did you check if user has permission to customer ledger entry, and detailed customer ledger entry?
