Document Routing Agent and Printer Pools

Hello,

We plan to use the Document Routing Agent with D365 for issuing picking invoices, which we are printing constantly throughout the day every day. Currently we use AX, and have to switch over ports from one printer to another should we need to perform maintenance on one of them. My question is, does DRA support printer pooling or a hot failover from one printer to another?

Hi Partner

I do think it supports the spooling of the Documents but not sure on the hot failover, This document might helps
