CU10 offline installer

Hi all,

I want to update AX 2012 R3 from RTM to CU10,

we don't use internet connection in the server and tried from other PC to download the package for the AOS module database but didn't work.

anyway, is there a way to download the CU10 offline then copy it to my server and install it?

    Yes slipstreaming is your friend.

    I downloaded slipstreaming and installed it to the server,

    but only update the application, the kernel still RTM

    any hint with this?

    Wierd that should not be happening.

    Lets just make sure you followed the right procedure.

    You have a folder with the installation media for Dynamics AX 2012 R3, then you downloaded the Slipstream for CU10 and put it in the Update folder of the installation media?

    Then you ran the installer, and selected to update your client and server?

    yes, that's exactly what i did.

    when i ran the installer it installed the "hotfix"

    but only application version changed, the kernel still on rtm

    Ok that i do not understand, that usually works for me.

    Sorry I have no further help for you, if no one else has some help, you might have to ask MS support.

    I have created a trial account of dynamics 365. Could you please help me how can i export the account form from my trial account to my organization. I just want to clear all the organization specific customization.
