Hi Max,

The error "The lookup reference could not be resolved" means that the value (Flowmon Probe) in the specified column (Product Group) could not be found in the record list of the mapped lookup field's entity.

Please evaluate which lookup field is mapped to "Product Group" column from Excel and then check if it contains "Flowmon Probe".

If it does not, then you will have to first create that record or ignore the mapping of that column for the import to proceed.
