Good Day Experts,

My colleague has installed GP Web Session Server to access the GP from Outside using Internet Explorer.

Issue is that when i access SERVERNAME.domain.local/GP and using Self signed Certificate then it's working smoothly but when i tried to use outside using SERVERNAME.domain.com/GP + Godaddy SSL then it's not popup the username/password box Windows to login into GP and Showing "?" mark on the site.

Can you please guide me how to Access GP Web from Internet ?

Try going to Internet Explorer Options and selecting the Security Tab > Internet Zone > Custom Level. Scroll all the way down to User Authentication and Choose the Prompt for user name and password option. Click OK twice, close and reopen your browser.
