Error when tracking Email to CRM

Hello everyone,

When tracking an existing email to the CRM system the error message below occurs:

Error details
Details of the previously encountered error. Export the logs and share with your administrator.
This item was processed by Server-Side Sync but failed. The error code we found typically indicates the item could not be created successfully because of a problem with a custom plug-in or workflow rule.

IsvAborted;Microsoft.Crm.Asynchronous.EmailConnector.ErrorSource.ExchangeError:-2147220891;DeliverPromote: caught System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault] exception. Message: An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. (ErrorType = ClientError) Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute): PowerObjects.Xrm.PowerPack.PowerEmail2013.TrackEmail: System.Exception:

The thing is that I was able to check the Plugin-Trace log but I was not able to find the corresponding Plug-in, Workflow or other SDK.

Anyone have an idea of what is exactly the issue and how to analyse the error message?

    I got the same error but couldn't find any fix. If anyone can help solve this that would be awesome! Thank you!
