The D365 Customer Voice License is included in various licenses:
- Sales Enterprise
- Customer Service Enterprise
- Field Service
- Marketing
- Customer Insights
- Human Resources
- Project Service Automation
And the amount is 2,000 survey responses per tenant/month.
Now the question is, because 2.000 is not a lot, does the D365 Customer Voice multiply with the amount of user licenses? For example if a tenant has 10x Customer Service licenses. It seems strange that it's only 2.000 per tenant, because this amount is used up pretty fast. That's why I'm wondering if it's per license per tenant, like if you have a tenant with 10x licenses of Customer Service Enterprise, it's mulitplied by 10. So that you have an amount of 20.000 survey responses per month.
It seems not much 2.000 survey responses per month.
