I want to add Regarding field in Appointment window in Social Pane. Can you please suggest a view to achieve this. Please find below screenshot for reference:

Hi Hitesh,

Just a suggestion as I haven't tried it personally, but can you check if Card forms could be of any help here?

I believe they can be used to customize the timeline rendering of activities:

docs.microsoft.com/.../create-card-forms

You can edit the timeline properties to select a card rendering instead of the default fields for activities.
