As we are still relatively new to Dynamics Marketing, we like to keep things simple. One of those things are the counts for comments/likes/impressions on the Social posts view.
It seems like the only way to get the numbers to show up in the list view is to go into each post and let the numbers refresh.
In order to get an accurate chart view of social post performance we have to go into every post to refresh them. Is there an automated refresh option so that these engagement numbers update:
Unfortunately, Insight refreshes the data at regular intervals and this process is uncontrollable.
But your clicking into the post seems to have triggered the refresh.
So the only way to get information in real time seems to be to manually click on posts.
