I have a AA dimension which has the data type of "Date" which is not appearing in Management Reporter I am using the DataMart.
This dimension is needed for drill down and filtering

I may consider rebuilding the data mart. I have faced such issues in which data are not updated on the data mart and there are incorrect numbers on the financial reports, troubleshooting showed that the data mart is not updated and it is synchronization issue.
