    Hi Shabir,

    Here are the steps -

    1. Start the Service Configuration Editor. (docs.microsoft.com/.../configuration-editor-tool-svcconfigeditor-exe)

    2. Go to File | Open | Config File… or press Ctrl + O.

    3. Select the Ax32Serv.exe.config process from the bin directory of your AOS, for example, C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\AX60\bin\Ax32Serv.exe.config.

    4. When you are prompted with a warning, click on Yes to continue with opening the file.

    5. Navigate to the Diagnostics node and highlight it.

    6. On the right-hand side, click on Enable MessageLogging and Enable Tracing.

    7. Select the Message Logging node located under the Diagnostics node.

    8. On the right-hand side, set LogEntireMessage to True.

    9. Press Ctrl + S to save the configuration.

    Hi Shabir,

I forgot to mention. You need to do the "Refresh configuration on the SSRS server.

The button is greyed out as it is the Original installed config. You can go to Manage > Create configuration. This will create a new configuration for you where the button will be enabled.

Additionally, you can check here as well. A few steps are mentioned for troubleshooting the same issue you are facing.

Can you try doing the following and see if that resolves your issue -

    1. Open AX 2012 client configuration.

    2. Under "Connection' tab, do a refresh configuration.

    3. On successful completion of this process, restart SQL reporting services.

    Hi Shabir,

Go to System admin > Setup > System service accounts.

This is the business connector account and you should use the same account for running reporting services.

    Hi Shabir,

Is the reporting service being run under the same account setup as the "Business connector account" in AX? If not, that usually causes label issues.
