Hello all,
I am getting an error of "The expected type was enum, but the encountered type was str" in WMDP when doing purchase registration.
I tried replicating the issue in WHSWorkExecute form in AX but the issue is not replicable. Is there a way to trace where the error is thrown?
Is your question about Dynamics 365 or AX 2012? Are you using a standard process or a custom or customized process on the mobile device?
Hi, its for AX 2012. There are custom codes but the process is standard. I can't confirm if the issue is from standard or custom because the issue is not replicable when run in AX client, only happens in browser WMDP
Moved the question to the Dynamics AX forum.
Maybe you can try to use Fiddler as web debugging tool to get some insights. Otherwise, you might need a developer reviewing the code changes in your environment.
