Hello ryojii.
You can create a 30 day trial. The trial portal will expire after 30 days. As an administrator, you can convert a trial or suspended portal to a production portal.
I hope it helps,
Thanks.

Hi Steve, thank you for the info. So are you saying Power App portal is must to Dynamics 365 marketing WEB pages? No other alternative ways to depoy WEB pages any more?
Hi ryojii,
You can create a 30-day trial portal. The trial portal will expire after 30 days and can be used to try its features for free.
After it expires, the portal is suspended and shut down. Seven days after it's suspended, the trial portal is deleted, and you can create a new portal.
You can read the following article about Power Apps portals lifecycle: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/portals/admin/portal-lifecycle
Hi Mox good news thank you so no risk to be charged in 30 days right? Is there any other way to enable portal free besides powe app portal?
Hi
you can create a 30 day trial. In fact powerapps portal are always firstly created as trial and then at later stage you need to change state before 30’days.
