Is it possible to change the VAT amount on a purchase Order?

I know i can change it at the invoice stage, but need to have the VAT amount show on the PO printout..

Hello James,

At the PO line level you only see the sales tax group and the item sales tax group but not the sales tax amount.

If you change (overwrite) the calculated sales tax amount for example from $10.00 to $10.02 at the time the invoice is recorded, you won't be able to see that from the PO lines or the PO header directly. The totals forms will still show the calculated and not the overwritten tax amount.

Hello James,

You are right.

The only thing that can be changed at the PO level are the sales tax group and item sales tax group settings but not the tax amounts itself.
