Dear Team,
I have started testing the out of the box Business Process Flow within Microsoft Dynamics 365. I am using the 'Sales Team Member Unified Interface App' for testing.
Previously when I tested this as a System Admin, the process worked correctly when Qualifying a lead it created the Opportunity and continued on. When testing as a Sales Team Member with the correct security roles, I received the below errors;
- Updating Lead StatusCode
- Updating Account Information
- Copying Lead Connections
- Copying Competitor Information
When looking at the details of the stalled workflow I can see the below;
"Cannot find record to be update"
I'm very confused as to why the system built status code and system built process has stalled here?
Can anyone shine any light?
