Hi, I setup a D365 trial and enabled preview/early access to new features to try Sales Insights / Lead Scoring feature

I am getting an error when trying to train the lead score, is this working fore anyone?

I have two trials with this setup and the issue happens for both, I have more then 40 leads qualified / disqualified

    Hi,

Model creation is failing because of not enough data. There is data sync issue and we are looking into it. I will update back soon.

    Hi Oliver,

This is a product defect. Kindly please raise a support ticket so that Microsoft will apply the hotfix for your instance before it's released globally.

    Hi,

Thanks for asking in this community!

How did you input the qualified and disqualified leads? I personally had this problem when I tried to avoid Qualifing and Disqualifing by hand (back at the time when you needed looooaaaads of leads)

So, have you imported them or changed status via excel or anything like that?

    Greetings :)

hi Tatjana, I imported via excel file, nothing fancy

I qualified/disqualified in bulk via Advanced Find to make life easier
