Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service: Query Operating Work Hours

Hello Community,

Does anyone know if and how we could query the operating work hours in Omnichannel? For example, we can set up the Operating Hours record and associate them with Queues or Chat Widget. But where are the specific hours stored? For example, if I want to query the start and end time for a workstream or queue, from where can I query those? Which entity stores the start/end time of those operating hours?

Thanks!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

    Originally the start time and end time saved in Operating Hour.

    However, they does not currently store any values.

    That settings is in the workstream area:

    Where you set up the chatwidget features you can set up the working hours.

    It's not clear how to do it, as usual in the the whole MS Systems, but I will try to guide you.

    To set up the Working Hours and Holidays:

    - Go to "Operations" and then Working Hours;

    - Click on Manage and add new Working Hours calendar.

    After you save it, you can choose on the Workstream Chat Widget Settings.

    To set up Working Hours on chat Widget:

    - Click on Workstream;

    - First block of the page and underneath "+ Add chat channel", click on edit;

    - Chat channel settings click on chat widget;

    - On the "Show widget during operation hours, slide on or off as you wish and choose your Working Hours set.

    I hope it helps.

    Hi ffas ,

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, we're aware how to set it up. Our question is how we could query the data (start/end times of the Operating Hours record) in the system. For example, it doesn't appear there is a way we could query via Advanced Find on those data...

    Hi,

    Now the start time and end time are deprecated.

    I don't understand why this feature was abolished.
