I don't know if you are talking about the font size and spacing due to high DPI settings in the general interface or specifically for a form or a report. If you are talking about generic interface of AX environment, I don't think there is any simple straight option that would let you set up a particular font size.
Take a look at these these links below they might help depending on your issue.
AX picks up your font size from Windows. So for each user account within Windows Personalization settings you could set up the preferred font size, which would be reflected in all applications, including Dynamics AX.
Also Zain's recommendation on display scaling for high resolution settings for an application could be contributing to problems.
There is no direct option via the AX UI to set font size, but in UserInfo table you may fill in a value for a custom font size within table browser, or in the AX database on SQL Server directly. Please note that this can distort how your screen is rendered and I would not recommend it.
Finally, you could set up larger font size on individual AX forms and controls, but that is not a general setting application-wide.
