How large an organisation/user base do we need to be/have for suitability in using Dynamics 365 for marketing?
Hi Mikec5 - as both a user of the product and an implementer, my view is the following - D365fMktg is primarily aimed at B2B / high consideration B2C - scenarios where you would put a sales person into the cycle at some stage. It's key strength is connecting B2B sales & marketing teams. Also, licensing gets expensive as marketing volumes get bigger - which is a limitation in B2C use cases.

There's no such criteria for the Marketing app adoption. The marking app suits both: B2B and B2C scenarios. It depends what your marketing needs are and Dynamics 365 for Marketing is suitable for multi-channel automated campaign marketing.

I don't think there is any such criteria defined for this. Its upto the user and their requirement.
