How to get a simple stock list where i can see what is on stock if i want to check with the physical stock.

it must be on one line part nr and then the quantity that show in my system that should be in stock..

i do not want a list what is sold and what is available ...

Hi,

If you want the stock by location, you can check the Item -> "Item Availability by" -> Location. If you only want the "Inventory", you may very well pull out the "Inventory" field on the "Item List" page, so that you can the "Item No.", Inventory etc..

Alternatively, you may use the "Inventory Valuation" report to view the Inventory (Quantity, Amount).

If the purpose is for comparing with the Physical Inventory, you may very well use the "Phys. Inventory Journal".

There is a report called Availability Status in Inventory & Pricing - Reports which will show that information.

Search Phys. Inventory Journals, open the journal ,there is a function calculate inventory.

All item will get populate in the journal and show you the qty (Calculated), you need to enter Qty (Physical Inventory) and system will show you the difference in quantity column.

From my point of view, the simplest and most convenient solution is to include a column in the item list with the "inventory" field. It's also the fastest way to check the stock and apply the proper filters.

but i need what i have in stock in my system...

i just cannot even see the quantity if i make item list .. do not have the choice to take the field... wondering how to get a extra field in the system so when i search for an item i see it in the list...

You have to design the item list page and add the Inventory Field. If you don't have access to modify the page or development environment and if you are a customer please contact your vendor.
