Using add-on EasyPDF with NAV

Posted on by 250

Hi,

I'd like to know if someone has any experience working with EasyPDF NAV add-on, version 2009R2 or version 2013. We are considering acquiring this add-on for our group companies throughout the world. We need a solution that enables us to automate emails with PDF attachments without having to change the reports. I need to know if this add-on works fine with Dynamics NAV.

Thank you in advance for your advise.

Helena

    Hi Jeighsohn.

We are also in an upgrade process to NAV2013 and, same as with you, one of our partners suggested ZetaDocs. But we still have no quotes to compare expenses (Zetadocs Capture Plus and Delivery Plus editions).

Are you processing both sales and purchase documents?

    Thanks for your advise.

We are using Easy PDF with NAV 3.7B (5.0 client exe), and it works fine. It does what we want it to do.

We are currently upgrading to NAV2013, and our partners have been suggesting we move away from Easy PDF and invest in ZetaDocs instead (not Express version, mind you). They claim it does most of the same things. That's for you to decide. We are sticking with Easy PDF for now.

    Hi Richard,

    Many thanks for your answer.

We have already seen a demo and already have quotes for this software. I just wanted to collect some impressions on its usage to help us decide.
