Quiet Time Settings Page Not Found

Hey Community,
 
I no longer can seem to find the Quiet Time Settings Page on D365 Customer Journeys?? I did see it in the the past but it's disappeared now which is really odd. 
 
Anyone know why this is happening? The version I'm running is 1.1.40197.68. Thank you!

    Hi,
     
    The Quiet Time setting is an entity. This page can be added to a custom model-driven application.
     
    Please check if this entity has been added in the Application Designer for Customer Insights - Journeys.
    You can manually add the Quiet Time entity page.
