Missing Vendor Transaction History Report in AX AP Reports Menu

Hello -

I'm trying to figure out why a report is missing from the Accounts Payable reports menu. The report is under AP > Reports > Transactions > Vendor > History by Transaction. I have access to the report as System Admin, but the Accounts Payable manager and clerk roles do not. This appears to be role related, but I am not sure where the tie is in AX for me to add this to their role. Can someone assist me in understanding and solving this problem?

you may assign VendLedgerTransGenerate (Privilege) to any security roles; who need to see view this report

select the user in system administration and open the screen as you are assigning roles. i.e. detailed view of user by clicking edit on user.

next to that, select the security role which is assigned to user such as 'Accounts Payable manager' and click on edit role.

in bottom-middle of the screen, you can see role content. there you can click add button.

change view-type to duty/privilege, and search by name of privilege such as *Generate vendor history by transaction report*

mark it and your changes will be saved.

note that this way allows the permission to be added to all users who are using that particular security role, in which you are going to add content(security privilege)
