Hi All,

How to show "New Description" field in the page Interaction Log entries?

    Worth trying this. Make them have the same field ID. Could be that TRANSFERFIELDS is used. In which case corresponding fields/IDs get the data passed over.

    Failing that you are better searching for an event subscriber relating to the interaction log entry being created from the segment line data. I’m not familiar enough with this process flow to have a precise suggestion on that
