Single Session login for d365 Users

Posted on by 102

Is there anyway we can enhance in CRM  to only allow single session per user? For ex: if i login to CRM in one browser, i should not be able to login in another browser with same login account. We are using d365 v8.2

    Hi Kenneth,

Thanks for your suggestion, however d365 version 8.2 doesn't have timeout options. set timeout is available only in the versions 9 and above.

    Hi,

One option is to set timeouts and another option is when a user signs out in the web client and needs to return to the application, they will need to enter their credentials again in all open browser sessions.
