Auto Capture for sales reps cannot track the message from CRM

Hi all, I have enabled Auto Capture in CRM and the email suggestions "untracked" will not "track" once sales tries to track the email. Is there some sort of privilege to be enabled for this to work other than turning auto capture on?

    Actually it is showing tracked now.  It doesn't happen right away it needs a few minutes for the tracking to change.

    Practically speaking, it is showing tracked. It takes a few minutes for change tracking to happen, but it doesn't happen instantly. Also, if you are looking for an entertaining game, I would like to introduce you to solar smash. This is a good and interesting game loved by many people.
