Ledger post fixed assets journal workflow

Hi Genius,

I have follow the most simple setup of workflow to create the Ledger post fixed assets journal workflow, which only a approval part without ant condition incurred.

However, after I submit the journal in pending approval. The workflow stuck with the tracking detail of "Workflow activated" and without showing the approval user I set.

It's there any idea like where was went wrong?

Appreciate if you could advice me like which part need to take note.

Hi Wong Wen Jun,

Could you please open the workflow in the editor and click on the approve step and then click on the properties and share the screen shots of the Assignment section (assignment type tab, role based tab, time limit and completion policy tab)

Hi,

Do other workflows run in your environment? If not, probably the problem is about workflow batches.

Try to open aot, find tutorialworkflowprocessor form, run it manually. if it proceeds, then the problem is batch.
