Error "You are not a member of this organization" when logging in using a newly created user

Hi All,

I have created a new user in Office Admin and assigned the appropriate Licenses. My Organisation has no Security Groups.

Now when i am trying to login to D365 CRM i am unable tot do so. I am getting below error:

"You are not a member of this organization".

In my D365 CRM i am not able to find this user.

Please help.

One Update, I have added this user as Global Admin. I can login in sandbox environment but not in Prod environment. User is not present in Prod environment.

It seems that the user has not been synced to to the production instance. Have you tried removing/reassigning the license - or removing/recreating the user?

Hi,

I have tried all the options you described. Weird thing is that it has been created in sandbox but not in Prod.
