Whatsapp (only sending) messages from plugins

Hi everybody!

                     Just as the subject reads. I have very small scenario for a whatsapp usage: sending pre built messages to customers. Nothing else. My doubt is: For using HTTP Connector (Twilio API of course) inside a PowerPlatform flow , is it neccessary omnichannel activated? If so, I would like to trigger Plugins for sending whatsapps. (When incidents are closed succesfully).

    Hi Bipin, I'll ask you same thing I've asked Nya. Is it necessary to have activated Omnichannel for this technical solution ? Thanks!

    HI,

    You can use power automate to send twillio SMS when Case is resolve.

    Triggere -> When record is modified -> Case Entity->Status field

    Add check condition to see if case is closed

    use Twilio connector to send SMS to customer.
