As part of a project we're doing for one of our customers, we're looking into whether it is possible to setup Customer Voice submissions as the trigger for an email/newsletter send-out in a Customer Journey.
For example. Customer A submits the Customer Voice form and then receives a marketing email based on the survey response.
An important requirement is that the marketing email needs to reside in the Dynamics 365 Marketing app. Our customer needs to easily be able to change and alter the design and message within the Marketing Email. Hence, we cannot set everything up using Power Automate. This would be too technical for our end users.
Does anyone have experience with this? Is it something that perhaps can be solved using custom triggers/events in Real-Time Marketing?
