purchase confirm button throw info if Terms of payment filed is not fill ..how to do that and what to write on confirm button

I assume you are using Ax2012.
Such validations can be included in run method of the class "PurchConfirmationJournalCreate" before super call.

Correction in my reply : Please read it as PurchConfirmationJorunalCreate.
If I understand your requirement correctly, if terms of payment is missing, then confirmation is aborted and should throw the error message.
