Hello,

Presently we are working on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013. For better use of system, we are learning the system through the training material provided on Customer Source. However we are facing issue in downloading the training material for course material "Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009: Introduction - Add and View Dimensions". We are getting following error.

We have checked all instructions for downloading E-Learining Offline Player, cheked all Hardware/Software Minimum Requirements and download the setup and ran it successfully. However during downloading the course material we are getting again same message. And thus could not proceed.

Any sort of help regarding this will be highly appreciated. Pl support.

Thanks in advance.

Which OS are you using? I managed to install it on a Win 7 SP1 64bit but I wasn't able to avoid some compatibility messages, even using "Previous version" options. I tried with both Chrome and IE browsers, even adding the address to the trusted sites, but with no luck.

I guess it's a discontinued feature, since in NAV 2013/2013 R2 learning lessons it's not available anymore and the installer is not updated since year 2009.

    Hi DANIELE,

First of all thanks a lot for reply. We have tried to install it on Win 7 SP1 32bit, Win 7 SP1 64bit and even on Server 2012, however could not succeeded. Most of the traning material is of Nav 2009 and if it not getting downloaded properly, then whom should we contact from Microsoft and ask them to see this matter.

    Pl. reply.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Nilesh Jain
