I'm not able to login to AZURE. I 'm supposed to receive a call to my mobile for authentication but I never get to receive the call for me to validate and access. Does anyone have experienced this in the past and how did you get to fix this?

I think you have posted it in the wrong forum.
Anyway, You should have several options.
1. Sms/phone call
2. Use the authenticator app

3. Check with your admin team.

Can you tell if you can access Dynamics 365 HR without the mobile action or is the authentication not working? Anyway, your organization is responsible for setting up the two-way authentication. Check within your own IT team what might be missing here.
