I want to have the ability to resolve a case, however, this function is not applied to the Case entity itself, as seen in the below:
Is there a setting when I can make this active, as I am trying to send out surveys using Forms Pro and that relies on the case being resolved? This is the menu bar above an already created case and I don't see the resolve case selection:
Basically, we are not allowed to put Case Resolution entity on Navigation Bar, even we can't query their in Advanced Find
I suggest you to build a report to consume them, following is a web api url to visit case resolution data
xxxxxxx.api.crm.dynamics.com/.../incidentresolutions
I’ve seen YouTube video instructions with the Resolve Case button in use. Does that no longer function?

Yes, but there is no button. That is the original question. How do I get the button to appear?
we can't put case resolution entity in navigation, it is internal entity, there are lots limitations.
