In addition, you can signup for a trial version here: https://trials.dynamics.com. You can then browse through the available features and try out things.
Also interested in D365 HR training materials, and am a licensed user. Attempting to follow the links suggested I learned that DLP is only available to partners, Microsoft employees, and Academic institutions.
This link seems to have the same content https://community.dynamics.com/365/b/learningcurriculum/posts/dynamics-learning-portal-course-locations without the access restrictions.
