I am currently an ERP consultant and I am very much interested in learning Dynamics HR module. Please do let me know the process how can learn and practice the same.

You can learn it by following MS official doc.docs.microsoft.com/.../hr-whats-new-2020-02-03

There are different guides for reference. You can learn and test it. If you have questions, feel free to share them in this forum.

Select Business Application as Talent.

Note: This is not as per the latest update but still you can continue to learn basic of Dynamics HR module.

Also interested in D365 HR training materials, and am a licensed user. Attempting to follow the links suggested I learned that DLP is only available to partners, Microsoft employees, and Academic institutions.

This link seems to have the same content https://community.dynamics.com/365/b/learningcurriculum/posts/dynamics-learning-portal-course-locations without the access restrictions.

In addition, you can signup for a trial version here: https://trials.dynamics.com. You can then browse through the available features and try out things.
