How to associate 2 contacts to Case ?

Is there an easy solution for associating more than 1 contact to a Case record ?

    Hi Shelly,

    If you are looking for different between Contact & Customer then this link can help you. Basically with a 'Contac' lookup field, you can only relate a record to Contact entity whereas if you have Customer type then you can associate it to either Contact Or Account.

    Hi,

    If you want to have another field to store another contact record then you need to create a new lookup field. For this, You can customize the case entity (Form) and add a new lookup field-

    If you want to associate multiple Contacts to a case, you need to create N:N relationship.

    You should create another 1:N relationship between case & contact, then you will get another lookup to capture this record.

    Should it be secondary contact or secondary customer??
