on Enterprise Portal, can't create timesheet for whom I am delegate.

Hi,

This is a standard AX EP form where  'Prepared for' field lookup shows correct list of worker (including me) who have assigned me as a delegate for timesheet. When i select  worker other than me and press OK button, nothing happens and prepared for shows my name only which was by default populated. Lookup popup gets closed after pressing OK button doesn't change the worker in 'Prepared for' box.

This is reported to us by more than 1 customer so i believe it must be an MS bug.  Is this feature on EP supposed to be used to create timesheet for others or only for workflow approval purpose?  on AX Client, the delegate person can create the timesheet for others using this feature.

Is this the bug in standard AX? We are using AX 2012 R3 CU13.

    Hi VDY,

    There is a hotfix available on LCS issue search.

    "KB 3088188: Cannot select delegate worker in create Timesheet form when creating timesheet through EP"

    Sorry but i couldn't find such hotfix in LCS. I tried search exact same string and also by article number. but it didn't give the result.

    If you are not able to find it, you are probably in an incorrect project or something with permissions. I found another one; released for AX2012R3 with CU11:

    KB 3123209 You cannot select another user to create a new timesheet for the user who delegates you in EP.
