I read some of the articles here in this forum about the integration of the chatwidget with Google Tag Manager, but as the platform changed quite a bit lately, it doesn't work anymore, at least i can't make it to work.
The chat widget has been flagged by Google Page Speed Insights and is downgrading the site performance significantly.
So, the question that remains unanswered is:
How to integrate the chat widget from Dynamics 365 Customer Service with Google Tag Manager?
