Sending emails from Dynamics AX to external domains using Gmail

When generating a report from AX with print destination via email using GMAIL account, it automatically directs to the OUTLOOK setup.

Upon cancellation of the outlook setup, the following errors prompts:

Method 'logon' in COM object of class '_NameSpace' returned error code 0x80020009 (DISP_E_EXCEPTION) which means: Cannot complete the operation. You are not connected.
Mail error: An invalid session was sent to IhSession. No message was sent.
Mail error: An invalid session was sent to IhSession. No message was sent.
The report has been successfully sent as attachment to email.

Email generation of reports were working from the time the AX was implemented (year 2014). It just suddenly manifests an error on the 3rd week of January 2020.

Hello A.i.D.,

If things work fine until last week then there must have been a change. Do you know if some modifications, upgrades or something alike have been done in the last week?

Deployment of elements on the AR module was done. However, upon checking, all reports from different modules has the same issue.
