Shortcuts and applying search options

One issue I have is the number of clicks to access frequently used screens. Is there a way to create a shortcut instead of clicking through several screens/menu options? For example, I use "Links" to search for employees and am having to select personnel management, links, check all search options, click apply, then search. Also, is there a way to default apply all view options in this screen (only three are applied as default currently).

Are you able to step out the Set up links for employees process or point me to instructions? I am very new to this platform and am unsure where to find that information or how to set up a quick click.

Hi CPSR,

You can use the search box at the top of the table to directly search for the page you want to apply. Or try to make use of the 'Set up links for employees' feature in HR parameters -->ESS tab to add the links you want to quick click in ESS workspace.
