
Hi Team,
I have uploaded several email templates to my Dynamics 365 CRM with 'Category' set as 'Lead', I know have the need for these emails to also be available in 'Opportunity' and 'Account'.
Is there a way to change the category from Lead to Global?

Hello, when an Email Template is created and assigned a "Template Type", it cannot be modified.
"If you select a specific record type, such as lead or opportunity, the template is available only for that record type. This cannot be changed. To use the same content for another record type, create a new template."
