Announcements
We are currently using D365 Sales to manage our Opportunities.
We want to leverage D365 Project Service Automation (PSA) for our complex projects, that need custom work and pricing (new product development).
How does PSA work within Sales Opportunities? Can we begin a Quote from an Opportunity and convert it into project if it's write-in pricing?
Are D365 Price Lists and Quote entities shared by Sales and PSA or are they separate?
If anyone has functional, or technical, process maps of how D365 Sales and PSA work together, please share!
Thanks!
Here is another good link to check out regarding PSA:

Hi profitweb,
Please check out this great blog series from Neil Parkhurst (MVP). PSA utilises the OOTB entities and extends them. There's more to it, therefore, I recommend reading through the series.
