Auto populate contact details to Registration Form dynamically

Hi All,

Is there a way to populate the contact(any entity ) details to a Form like .. Event Registration form  dynamically , without entering the details again.

Requirement:
1. From an Event - Invitation Email you receive a Registration form. 
2. When you click the Registration Form, The Values of the contact should automatically populate on the form.(like contact firstname, lastname, email address and contact phone no)
3. Show me some guide in it.
4. Can it be done through javascript / C# not sure.
