How to check if a User is not in company anymore

Posted on by 15

Hello Community,

I would like to know how I can check if users are not working for the company anymore in CRM?

Is it also possible to set a flag on these users so CRM users in this company can see that this user left the company?

Thank you!

    Hello Albert,

When the license is removed from the user you will have the information that the user is disabled on the user form.

The suggestion to use your own field it can be easier for you to achieve what you want.

    Hello Albert,

On this scenarios what should happen is the user that left the company the license should be withdraw.

This action is handled by Office365 Admin/Global Administrators, so the user no longer has access to Dynamics365 environment. The user is not deleted on the environment but instead is disabled.

    Unassign licenses from one user

Regarding the flag information, what you can do is if the user is disabled to add that information on the user form.
