I am getting the error error asyncoperation With Id = <GUID> does not exist when i try to create an Entitlement on the production instance.
I checked the asyncoperation table on the UAT instance and a record with the same GUID exists in the table with the name "Update Entitlement States Job".
This entry is missing in the Production database asyncoperation table.
I want to know is this a system job and if this is absent in Production how can i recreate it so the Entitlement Entity can start working correctly.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
I agree with the other posters, you should log a request with Microsoft Support. Especially if your instance is Online as they would have to correct the problem from the backend.
Hi,
Yes, This is a system job and it is a recurring system job which should have created by the system.
And if it is missing I would recommend to log support ticket with microsoft instead of directly creating from SQL script.
Please see below screenshot of CRM online recurring system jobs.
