Starting USD client throwing error after installing USD accelerator

Hello Team,

My goal is to have omnichannel integration  with CRM USD. I selected Omnichannel for customer service app in USD at the initial stage.

 After installing CRM accelerator(is package deployer required to install?)  getting below error while opening USD client.

1) Hosted application "Session tabs" could not be created

2) Hosted application "CRM Global manager" could not be created.

 How to solve such kind of issue?

    Hello Vilas - moved your question to the Customer Service forum where USD has more footprint than in the Unified Interface forum.

    Hi Vilas, Please share an screenshot of the error.

    if still not resolved, open a ticket with MS Support.

    I have installed package deployer. When I try to open USD screen it opens with blank page and shows "connecting" on right side,it remains to continue in this way.

    I am not aware how to troubleshoot or solve the issue.

    Raised ticket to Microsoft, they are also investigating regarding this issue.
