Reading Multiple Worksheets From Excel before quitting excel application

Good Morning,

I am trying to import data through Excel using SysExcelApplication.

I am stuck .The doubt is if i import one worksheet i am importing successfully.

They gave me multiple worksheets in one excel.

I want to know can i able to insert all worksheets data at a time befor quitting excel application.

what i am thinking is.Is it possible to know how many worksheets are there for that particular excel file.So,that i can loop based on worksheets.

Please help me.
