Came in after someone else set up CRM dynamics and I apologize if this is a novice question. Under "Sales" click on "Opportunities" and there is already an established tab with "Open Opportunities". I want to add a column. If I right click on the tab bar I do have the option to "add" a column. When I click on one of the options, it does add it to the other columns but there isn't a way to type anything in the new column.... Also, if I click on "Customize" a new tab, it says I don't have the authority to add a custom column. Checked the owners computer as well to add a custom column and he got the same error. Please help.
I know that there are you tube videos, but I really need a good basic beginner book to learn this system - any recommendations?
