We would like to know each month the SLA of our D365 Finance application (Production environment) as described in the Service Level Agreement for Microsoft Online Services document.

Do you know if this information is available in one place (on LCS for example) or if it is necessary to systematically make a support request to Microsoft?

You can then indeed try to contact Microsoft. I'm not aware of any (public) report with this information.

Yes, the goal for us is to know the Monthly Uptime Percentage to possibly request a credit to Microsoft if it has not been reached.

I don't know if I fully understand the reason for your question. Do you want to know the uptime percentage? The information is not available on LCS. It might be different for each data center.
